1. Return Eligibility Window
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date you received your shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition: It must be in the same state as when you received it, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
In a resalable condition: Free of any stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:
Personal Care Appliances (e.g., electric toothbrushes, hair clippers) once the seal is broken.
Underwear, Socks, and Hosiery.
Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed).
Gift Cards and Downloadable Software.
Personalized or Custom-Made Items.
Perishable Goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.
3. Return Process: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To start a return, please visit our Returns Center at [Insert Link to Returns Portal] and enter your order number and email address. You will be guided through the process.
Step 2: Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item(s) in the original manufacturer’s box, if possible, and then place it inside a shipping box. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to the address provided in your Returns Center instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or a defective product.
4. Refunds
Timing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow:
5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
The item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The item is not in its original condition.
Only some of the items from a bundle set are returned.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want on our website.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will evaluate the situation and, if the error is on our part, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item and will issue a full refund or ship a replacement, at your discretion.
7. Return Shipping Costs & Risk
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
8. Sale Items
Sale items can be returned within the standard 30-day window, provided they meet all the eligibility criteria listed in Section 1.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
